Put a Stop to Porch Pirates

We all hate losing items to thievery! And it’s even worse when it’s right off your own porch. The Package Box is a large, protected receptacle to safely stow your packages until you return home. If you’re ready for a long-term solution, then the 165 pounds of solid, ¼” thick steel protection will give you peace of mind. The one solid front door is recessed so that there is no leverage point for crowbars or screwdrivers to pry it open. It has a 2” continuous welded steel hinge, and is all hand-welded (no spot welds or rivets).

Versatile for What You Really Need

If you do a lot of online shopping, you’re going to love the storage capacity of this champion! It holds a massive number of packages! The Package Box comes with a Slam Lock and a full, front door. You will be the only one with a key. However, many of our customers choose to add a mail slot to the top of the door and turn it into a GIANT mailbox! Here are some popular combinations with this versatile box:

1. Keep it standard. It will have a Slam Lock on it and a full front door.
2. Turn it into a giant mailbox. Add a Mail Slot to the top of the door ($35), and you’ll be able to receive regular mail, even if the door is locked shut (for example, if you’re out of town).
3. Add outgoing capacity. You may add a flag ($35) if you’d like to send outgoing mail. Outgoing mail cannot be locked by USPS standards, but your outgoing mail will be out of sight, behind the door.
4. Custom Sizing. Please give us a call if you need specific, or larger sizing. We love working with customers on exactly what they need.
5. Pair it with one of our smaller mailboxes. Customers frequently will pair the Package Box with another Fort Knox Mailbox and will use the smaller one for USPS deliveries and the Package Box for other Parcel Carrier Deliveries.

The Package Box is pre-drilled on the bottom. 4 holes, 6 ¾” apart, and designed to fit our Large Posts. It can also be mounted to existing surfaces, however, due to its heavy weight, the Large Post is frequently purchased with the Package Box.

It comes with our amazing, high performance powder-coating finish to combat all the elements.

Available Upgrades & Accessories

• In Ground Posts or Surface Mount Posts, (both are 5” square), are available.
• The Package Box will come with our Slam Lock, but you can also change to any of the following:
  • Tubular Lock
  • Medeco Lock
  • Vault Lock Extreme

*Remember that changing to any of the above options will greatly reduce the size of packages you can receive. If you get packages taller than 1.75”, you will need the Slam Lock.
