Matching Steel T-Post for 2-3 Mailboxes
We build our posts from 10-gauge (⅛″) square steel tubing for maximum strength and durability with the steel bracket supporting the mailboxes is a custom 3/16" thick formed and fully welded bracket. Each post is designed to handle the significant weight of Fort Knox Mailboxes when properly installed in concrete (approximately 2 feet deep) or surface mounted.

2.5″ x 2.5″ x 57″ – for The Bunker Mailboxes
4″ x 4″ x 57″ – for The Enforcer Mailboxes
5″ x 5″ x 57″ – for all our other Larger Mailboxes

Want to mount two or three of our heavy-duty mailboxes using only one post? Our T-Post is the perfect solution.
For two mailboxes, a custom 3/16″ formed steel bracket is welded to the top.
For three mailboxes, the top plate (bracket) can be either Welded or bolted together using our standard 3/8″ carriage bolts (supplied). Feel free to ask us if you have a preference.
Just like our single posts, the T-Posts are shipped separately from the mailbox and attach to the mailbox from underneath with the provided 3/8" carriage bolts — ideal if you ever move and want to take your mailbox with you instead of pulling the post out of the concrete. The hardware is then locked inside.
We also offer surface-mount (break-away) posts for installations on sidewalks or concrete slabs, providing the same rugged stability as our in-ground posts without the need for excavation.

If there is a custom color selected, the price is with the purchase of the mailbox. If ordering this in a custom color without the purchase of a mailbox, then a custom color charge of $175 will be added after the order.
