Terms of Use:
By using the Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC and mailboxes.ws websites and information, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not access or use the Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC and mailboxes.ws websites or any information given by Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC. Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC reserves the right at its discretion to change the terms of this agreement and will notify users of any such changes.
Applicable Law:
By visiting the Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC and mailboxes.ws websites, you agree that the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these terms and conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC.
Your Account:
If you order from the Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC and mailboxes.ws websites, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You are also responsible for restricting access to your computer and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC reserves the right to terminate accounts or refuse orders at its sole discretion.
Prices:
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC makes every effort to ensure that its prices are up-to-date and accurate. Nonetheless, any pricing information is subject to change. All retail prices are subject to change at any time, without notice. By placing an order to purchase a product, you agree to pay the purchase price set forth on the pricing page on the the Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC and/or mailboxes.ws websites. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or programming error, Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC has the right to cancel any order listed at an incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged to your credit card.
Payment:
Payment is due in full to Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC before delivery of product. If a minimum 50% deposit is received on an order (custom orders require full payment in advance), the balance of the order will be due before product is shipped/delivered. With any purchase orders, payment is net 30. Any payments past 30 days are subject to a late fee of 5%. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards are accepted. Cashiers checks and money orders are also accepted.
Shipping:
All prices are F.O.B. (Freight on Board) factory. Freight charges will be prepaid. Most products are in inventory and ship within 1 to 3 business days from the time an order is received and payment is cleared. If shipment will be delayed, for any reason, an estimated time will be given at time of order. Large and/or custom orders vary in shipping times. Specific shipping dates cannot be guaranteed. Products are generally shipped via U.S. Mail, UPS, or motor freight. Expedited deliveries are available. Rates are dependent upon weight, size, destination and products ordered – call for freight charge quotation. Freight delivery is curbside. When necessary, products are banded and stretch wrapped to pallets. When delivered to the transportation company, shipments become the property of the purchaser. Before acceptance, the extent of any damage should be noted on the bill of lading and not signed for. For damaged goods, please see returned goods column. If there are any extra accessorial charges without prior approval by Fort Knox Mailbox, you can be charged. Extra accessorial charges can include:
- Incorrect shipping address given.
- Incorrect shipping location (residence instead of a business/commercial address).
- Lift Gate Needed (No fork lift or loading dock available).
- Inside Delivery.
- Re-delivery. Not available or not ready to accept delivery.
Materials:
Descriptions and specifications contained on this website were in effect at the time it was created and may be periodically updated. Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC reserves the right to discontinue products at any time or change specifications and/or designs without notice and without incurring liability. Listed weights are approximate shipping weights. Products are built for security being our main goal. Due to the fact that our products are hand made and built out of structural steel can allow for small imperfections.
Installation:
Most products are shipped assembled and ready for installation. Mailboxes will be shipped separate from posts and necessary hardware for attachment of mailbox to post will be included. When products are for U.S.P.S. access, consult with your local postal authorities regarding local approval and current installation requirements.
If you are in the area for installation by Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC: We remove the old mailbox(es) and post(s) as long as removal can be done by one installer. If previous mailbox is installed in a difficult manner, then removal can be denied and a new location would be required. Installation cost covers removal of old mailbox from ground, but does not include hauling it away. Installation also includes cementing in of new mailbox with Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC post. Installation does not include adding any other items to the mailbox (Custom signs, plastic newspaper boxes, etc.). For any custom installation, please inquire before installation is scheduled.
Quotations:
Individual quotations are valid for fifteen (15) days. Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC reserves the right to alter a quotation at any time and for any reason. Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC also reserves the right to decline an order, in whole or in part, for any reason.
Dealers:
Dealers are not employees of Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC. They are independent contractors whose relationship with Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC is that of a customer.
Returned Goods:
Returned goods will not be accepted without prior approval from Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC personnel. All returned goods must be shipped by the same method of delivery and prepaid to Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC, 265 Tech Way, Grants Pass, OR 97526. Products must be returned in their original shipping packaging within fifteen (15) days of receipt and can be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Custom orders and orders with options cannot be canceled and will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund. All deliveries should be checked upon arrival for damage. If damage has occurred from shipping, damage must be reported within seven (7) days from arrival. If the item must be repaired by Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC, then the item must be shipped back to Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC by the same method of delivery with the same original packaging and will be paid and handled by Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC.
Canceled Custom or Special Goods:
Canceled goods that are standard with no *special or *custom additions can be canceled at any time prior to shipment. Once shipped, then refer to the Returned Goods section. Product that has *special or *custom work cannot be canceled without prior approval from Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC personnel. All *special or *custom goods can be canceled before the product is made with no charge. If the *special or *custom product has been made, then there can be no cancellation.
*Special or *custom: Includes the following;
- Orders over a quantity of 6.
- Custom Racks and T-posts.
- Arrow Locks (Postal Lock).
- Dimension changes or adjustments.
- Special holes or welding.
- Special powder coating color.
- Anything not on our pricing page.
Security:
Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC uses industry standard security measures to protect your confidential information. Your encrypted information travels via a secure socket layer (SSL) where it is decoded on our secure server. Your information will only be used for order processing and communication between Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC and the customer only.

Guarantee:
We guarantee that you will receive your mailbox in perfect working condition. We also guarantee the structure of the mailbox for five (5) years (the welds and structure). We even guarantee all parts and hardware for two (2) years, and the powder coating for one (1) year. All is guaranteed under normal use during the 5,2,1 years. Some accessories come with a lifetime warranty. See accessories for further information. This warranty is limited to the cost of the products and does not include installation costs, transportation neglect or costs, misuse or alterations by the customer. Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC, at its option, may replace or repair defective products. Returned goods will not be accepted without prior approval from Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC personnel.
