Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do. Rarely do we ever get a request for a return, but it is available. Here is the return information from our Terms and Conditions page: Returned goods will not be accepted without prior approval from Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC personnel. All returned goods must be shipped by the same method of delivery and prepaid to Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC, 265 Tech Way, Grants Pass, OR 97526. Products must be returned in their original shipping packaging within fifteen (15) days of receipt and can be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Custom orders and orders with options cannot be canceled and will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund. All deliveries should be checked upon arrival for damage. If damage has occurred from shipping, damage must be reported within seven (7) days from arrival. If the item must be repaired by Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC, then the item must be shipped back to Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC by the same method of delivery with the same original packaging and will be paid and handled by Fort Knox Mailbox, LLC.
